Upgrading from 1.3

Is there a quick and easy way of upgrading to 2.0? Or must I do a clean install and start from scratch?

The main thing I'm interested in is ability to have image galleries. Maybe you could just add this to 1.3 for me.

upgrade smartplugs 1.3 to 2.0

I'am interested for upgrade smartplugs 1.3 to 2.0, is there any chance for that, and what is the price?
Or, I just have to buy new script 2.0?
